La Savina

Remodeling of the urbanization of the port of La Savina (Formentera), with the following works:

Redesign of the road with reduction of lanes in the main access road to the port and establishment of sections of inverted priority employing a unique platform in the rest of the interior roads to the area.
Adequacy of service networks: drainage of rainwater, lighting, and gardening and irrigation network.
Installation of new outdoor furniture.
Execution of new viewpoints on the seafront.

 Client: Port Authority of the Balearic Islands.

 Scope of the contract: Technical Assistance to the Site Management.

 Completion time: 24 months + 7 months (extension of the deadline + project modification).

 Budget: 8,191,686.94 (original) / 9,809,767.18 (modified), VAT included.
